I have been to quite a number of car yards before making the trip out to New Brighton and hadn't found the car I wanted or the service I would expect. I realise that the time of the day that we were looking was nearing closing time for most, and most of the yards we had visited would be in a frenzy making sure all their vehicles were locked and gates were closed, which made me feel unwelcome and the salespeople were more interested in going home than helping me make a purchase.
When I got to your yard, the personal no pressure approach made me feel welcome and I found the car I wanted in the first couple of minutes. Knowing that it was nearing closing time I had only come for with the expectation of looking and then would have returned for a test drive at a later stage. Being able to test drive the car at 5pm was an experience I have never had.
The service throughout the sales process was second to none. John had convinced me that the finance deal I had prearranged was not as good as I had thought it to be, and offered me another solution in which over the course of the term of finance was going to save a massive $4,700. It takes a pretty special salesperson to be able to recognize that there was something that didnt ding right with the deal I had and convince me to change finance companies. Thank you!
The little extras you include as part of your prices and service was brilliant. Not many dealers include ORC as part of the window prices, or the free fuel. I have brought a couple of cars in my life and normally the first stop after purchasing the vehicle is to the petrol station to take the fuel gauge off empty.
