All you need to do is open any newspaper and you'll see dozens of adverts that say "We're the cheapest", and so on.
First, we have to be fair by saying that we're not "cheap". But nor are we expensive.
We think the most accurate word to describe ourselves is "Value". We do operate on low margins (meaning great up-front value for you), and I hope that you find this attractive.
However, our real hope is not that you will buy from us once, but rather that you will be so delighted with the first car you buy from us, that you'll keep coming back in the years to come, and will even refer your friends and family to us.
It's true, we may make less than many car dealers the first time you buy with us - we'd make more initially by having a bigger mark-up, however by looking after you, to the extent we do, you'll hopefully return to us each time you are looking to upgrade, so everybody wins in the long run.
